The Sokos Ho­tels web­site can be used with all com­monly used web browsers. The use of the ser­vices re­quires that you ac­cept cook­ies in your web browser. For the sake of data se­cu­rity and the gen­eral func­tion­al­ity of the web­site, we rec­om­mend that you use the newest browser ver­sions.

Ac­cu­mu­lat­ing Bonus from ac­com­mo­da­tion ser­vices
You can only ac­cu­mu­late Bonus from reser­va­tions made using Sokos Ho­tels book­ing chan­nels. Sim­i­larly, you can only make reser­va­tions at co-op mem­ber prices using Sokos Ho­tels book­ing chan­nels. These in­clude our on­line ser­vice www.​sokoshotels.​fi, the Sokos Ho­tels sales ser­vice and Sokos Ho­tels in Fin­land, Tallinn and St. Pe­ters­burg. Bonus is al­ways reg­is­tered ac­cord­ing to your check-out date. Al­co­holic prod­ucts are not sub­ject to Bonus, pay­ment-method ben­e­fits, sur­plus re­turns or S Points (Al­co­hol Act 51.2 §).

HOW TO MAKE A RESER­VA­TION:

You can make a reser­va­tion if you are logged in and iden­ti­fied, using your S Code or S-Card iden­ti­fier, or with­out log­ging in.

Log­ging in to the ser­vice
Log in to the ser­vice in the top right-hand cor­ner. If you do not have an S Code, you can reg­is­ter in the ser­vice by using your on­line bank­ing cre­den­tials or a mo­bile cer­tifi­cate. If you are an S Group co-op mem­ber, your S-Card will au­to­mat­i­cally be con­nected to your reser­va­tion, and co-op mem­ber prices will be dis­played to you. If you are an S-Card cus­tomer, log in to the ser­vice by using your S-Card ID. S-Card IDs will be sent to you when you join the cus­tomer loy­alty pro­gramme.

If you do not want to log in to the ser­vice, start mak­ing a reser­va­tion by se­lect­ing a city or des­ti­na­tion.

Se­lect city or hotel
You can search for a hotel by using a city or hotel as the search word. If you search for a hotel by only using a city as the search word, the sys­tem will offer all ho­tels avail­able in that city.

Se­lect ar­rival and de­par­ture dates
Se­lect ar­rival and de­par­ture dates from the re­spec­tive cal­en­dars.

Flex­i­ble days
Se­lect “Flex­i­ble days,” if your stay can be ear­lier or later by three days.

Add room
If you want to book sev­eral rooms, you can add rooms by se­lect­ing “Add rooms.” Se­lect the num­ber of rooms to be booked and de­fine the num­ber of per­sons stay­ing in each room. You can book at most six (6) rooms under a sin­gle reser­va­tion. Later, you need to se­lect a room type and price for each room. Each room must be pro­vided with the name of one per­son stay­ing in that room, and at least one adult must stay in each room.

Adults
Se­lect the num­ber of adults stay­ing in the room (at most four (4) peo­ple, and the sys­tem will offer avail­able rooms suit­able for the se­lected num­ber of peo­ple. The max­i­mum ca­pac­ity of a sin­gle room is four (4) peo­ple). Room types and prices fea­ture a more de­tailed de­scrip­tion and any ca­pac­ity lim­i­ta­tions re­gard­ing rooms with an extra bed. The book­ing view dis­plays the room price per night and the total price. These are de­fined ac­cord­ing to the num­ber of peo­ple. A lim­ited num­ber of rooms with an extra bed can be booked on­line. If the num­ber of peo­ple stay­ing the night is higher, you can try to book sev­eral rooms or se­lect fewer peo­ple per room.

Ac­com­mo­da­tion for mi­nors
Mi­nors may stay at our ho­tels with­out an adult. The hotel needs a writ­ten con­sent by email or some other con­tact from the par­ents to ac­com­mo­date a minor. The age limit for mi­nors stay­ing alone is 16 years. On a case-by-case basis, this can be agreed upon oth­er­wise with the child’s par­ents. The par­ents’ con­tact de­tails must be at­tached to the reser­va­tion. When ac­com­mo­dat­ing a minor, the young per­son fills in the hotel card as nor­mal. With re­gard to pay­ment, the same rules are fol­lowed as with other hotel guests. The mini­bar in the room will be locked and room bill for­ward­ing will be pre­vented. As we are un­able to ver­ify the age of the cus­tomer when mak­ing a reser­va­tion, the hotel re­cep­tion will make the final de­ci­sion re­gard­ing an un­der­age cus­tomer stay­ing at the hotel.

Chil­dren of 3–15 years of age
If you want to book a room with one or more extra beds for chil­dren, se­lect the num­ber of chil­dren of 3–15 years from the menu. The room price will be a com­bi­na­tion of the num­ber of chil­dren and adults. The max­i­mum ca­pac­ity of a sin­gle room is four (4) peo­ple. If the num­ber of peo­ple stay­ing the night is higher, you can try to book sev­eral rooms or se­lect fewer peo­ple per room.

Chil­dren of 0–2 years of age can get a cot bed or travel bed free of charge or ac­com­mo­da­tion with­out an extra bed.

The sys­tem will offer avail­able rooms suit­able for the se­lected num­ber of peo­ple. Room types and prices fea­ture a more de­tailed de­scrip­tion and any ca­pac­ity lim­i­ta­tions re­gard­ing rooms with an extra bed.

Check-in and check-out times
Your room will be avail­able to you on the day of ar­rival start­ing from 3 or 4 pm, de­pend­ing on the hotel. You need to check out on the day of de­par­ture by 12 noon.

Spe­cial rooms
If you need a room for a per­son with lim­ited mo­bil­ity or an­other spe­cial room, please con­tact the Sokos Ho­tels sales ser­vice or di­rectly the hotel of your choice.

Pets
If you are trav­el­ling with a pet, se­lect a pet prod­uct for your on­line reser­va­tion. The pet prod­uct is not avail­able on­line for all of our ho­tels. In this case, con­tact the Sokos Ho­tels sales ser­vice or di­rectly the hotel of your choice. Pets are sub­ject to an extra charge.

Bonus cards and reser­va­tion codes:

S-Etuko­rtti card
If the per­son pay­ing for the room has an S-Etuko­rtti card, se­lect “S-Etuko­rtti card.” The S-Etuko­rtti card must be shown at the hotel when check­ing in. Co-op mem­ber prices are sub­ject to an S-Etuko­rtti card.

If you have logged in to the ser­vice and are an S Group co-op mem­ber, your S-Card will au­to­mat­i­cally be con­nected to your reser­va­tion, and co-op mem­ber prices will be dis­played to you.

Co-op mem­ber prices are in­tended for leisure travel. Ac­com­mo­da­tion must be paid in cash or with a per­sonal pay­ment card.

S-Card
If you are a mem­ber of the cus­tomer loy­alty pro­gramme, se­lect “S-Card.” By click­ing the “Book room” but­ton, a pop-up win­dow will be dis­played for iden­ti­fy­ing S-Card cus­tomers. Log in using your Oma S-Card ser­vice’s user­name and pass­word. You can also se­lect a bonus night. You can only book a bonus night if you have enough S Points in your ac­count to pay for the bonus night.

Reser­va­tion codes

Busi­ness code and travel agency code
If your com­pany has a busi­ness code or travel agency code for mak­ing on­line reser­va­tions, enter it in this field. Reser­va­tions made using a busi­ness code can be paid in cash or using a credit card.

Reser­va­tion code
If a reser­va­tion code is given in an offer for mak­ing on­line reser­va­tions, enter it in this field. The reser­va­tion code must be iden­ti­cal to that given in the offer.

Book room
Click “Book room” and the sys­tem will check whether there are avail­able rooms in the city or hotel of your choice on the spe­cific date and for the spe­cific num­ber of peo­ple. If you search by the name of the city, the sys­tem will dis­play all ho­tels in that city with va­cant rooms and the start­ing-from price of ho­tels over the se­lected pe­riod.

If a hotel has avail­able rooms with your search terms, you can see avail­able start­ing-from prices. The sys­tem may offer sev­eral dif­fer­ent price prod­ucts for the se­lected pe­riod. You can limit the rooms to be dis­played by se­lect­ing room prop­er­ties by tick­ing the “Show rooms with” check­boxes at the top of the page. You can view more de­tailed de­scrip­tions of room types by se­lect­ing a room type.

You can al­ways se­lect the low­est price of­fered by the sys­tem match­ing the pur­pose of your trip.

Make your stay even more won­der­ful. You can se­lect paid ad­di­tional ser­vices of­fered by the hotel. You can­not book ad­di­tional ser­vices on­line for reser­va­tions made on the cur­rent day. In this case, con­tact the hotel di­rectly.

You can also pre­sent your room pref­er­ences. Please note that your pref­er­ences can only be ful­filled in ac­cor­dance with the hotel’s oc­cu­pancy rate. Not all pref­er­ences can be ful­filled in all room types.

Con­tinue to per­sonal de­tails
Once you have se­lected your price and room type, move on by click­ing “Con­tinue to per­sonal de­tails.”

Com­plete all fields thor­oughly under “Per­sonal de­tails”:

– First name

– Last name

– Street ad­dress

– Postal code

– City/town

– Coun­try of res­i­dence

– Tele­phone (in­clud­ing the area code)

– Email ad­dress and an op­tional sec­ond email ad­dress

The book­ing sys­tem will au­to­mat­i­cally send an email con­fir­ma­tion of reser­va­tions, changes and can­cel­la­tions to the ad­dress en­tered in the field. Only enter one email ad­dress in the field with­out any ad­di­tional char­ac­ters or spaces. A book­ing con­fir­ma­tion will be sent to the ad­dress en­tered in the sec­ond email field. How­ever, in­for­ma­tion about changes to or can­cel­la­tions will not be sent to this ad­dress.

Con­tact de­tails of users who have logged in are com­pleted au­to­mat­i­cally in the reser­va­tion using the de­tails you have en­tered. Check the de­tails and add any miss­ing con­tact de­tails. If your de­tails are in­cor­rect, you can change them in My In­for­ma­tion after mak­ing your reser­va­tion, or you can call the S Group’s co-op mem­ber ser­vice (tel. +358 10 76 5858, Mon–Fri 8 am –8 pm, €0.084 per minute) or the S-Card cus­tomer ser­vice (tel. +358 10 76 82 777 (€0.0835 per call + €0.1209 per minute).

I will ar­rive by 6 pm
Your reser­va­tion will be valid until 6 pm on the ar­rival day, un­less you have sep­a­rately se­lected a late ar­rival. After 6 pm, the hotel shall have the right to sell the booked room to an­other cus­tomer. If you are un­able to ar­rive, you must al­ways can­cel your reser­va­tion at our web­site, even if you have not con­firmed any late ar­rival. (Your room is avail­able on the ar­rival day start­ing from 3 or 4 pm. You need to check out by 12 noon on the day of de­par­ture.)

I will con­firm my ar­rival after 6 pm, using a credit card
If you ar­rive at the hotel after 6 pm, you need to con­firm your late ar­rival by en­ter­ing your credit card de­tails. Se­lect the card type and enter your credit card num­ber, va­lid­ity date and the name of the card­holder. Once you have con­firmed your late ar­rival, your reser­va­tion will be valid after 6 pm. If you do not use your con­firmed reser­va­tion and have not can­celled your reser­va­tion in ac­cor­dance with the can­cel­la­tion terms, we will charge a room price of one night for the un­used reser­va­tion.

The de­tails of the card used to con­firm your reser­va­tion will be ver­i­fied au­to­mat­i­cally when con­firm­ing your reser­va­tion. If a Visa Elec­tron or debit card is used, an au­tho­ri­sa­tion hold of one (1) euro will be shown in your ac­count. The au­tho­ri­sa­tion hold will not be charged from the ac­count, and it will be re­moved au­to­mat­i­cally in no later than three weeks.

I will pay for my reser­va­tion and con­firm my ar­rival dur­ing the con­fir­ma­tion
You can pay for your reser­va­tion dur­ing the con­fir­ma­tion. Paid reser­va­tions will be valid after 6 pm until the next morn­ing. You can pay for your reser­va­tion be­fore­hand when mak­ing your reser­va­tion. Com­mon on­line bank­ing ser­vices and credit cards are ac­cepted.

You can pay for your reser­va­tion dur­ing the con­fir­ma­tion. Paid reser­va­tions will be valid after 6 pm until the next morn­ing. You can pay for your reser­va­tion be­fore­hand, using on­line bank­ing cre­den­tials of Nordea, OP-Po­hjola, Danske Bank and S-Bank or using Visa, Mas­ter­Card, Eu­ro­card, Amer­i­can Ex­press and Din­ers Club credit cards or a Visa Elec­tron card.

Some price prod­ucts re­quire an ad­vance pay­ment dur­ing the con­fir­ma­tion. Any re­funds may be lim­ited on a price prod­uct-spe­cific basis. Terms and con­di­tions are lo­cated under “Con­tent and terms and con­di­tions of the price” when mak­ing your reser­va­tion.

You can ac­cu­mu­late Bonuses from reser­va­tions paid at a co-op mem­ber price. No Bonus can be ac­cu­mu­lated when pay­ing af­ter­wards or using a cor­po­rate card. Al­co­holic prod­ucts are not sub­ject to Bonus, pay­ment-method ben­e­fits, sur­plus re­turns or S Points (Al­co­hol Act 51.2 §).

Paid reser­va­tions can­not be changed or can­celled in the on­line ser­vice. If re­quired, con­tact the hotel.

I have read the terms and con­di­tions of reser­va­tions and prices, and I ac­cept them.
You can con­firm your reser­va­tion after you have read and ac­cepted the terms and con­di­tions of reser­va­tions.

Con­tinue to con­fir­ma­tion
By click­ing the “Con­tinue to con­fir­ma­tion” but­ton, your reser­va­tion de­tails will be ver­i­fied. You can change your reser­va­tion de­tails by re­turn­ing to a de­sired sec­tion through the top menu. You can go back a page by click­ing the “Back” but­ton. Once you have checked your de­tails, click the “Con­firm the reser­va­tion” but­ton at the bot­tom of the page.

Write down the reser­va­tion num­ber, as you will need it when you ar­rive at the hotel. You will also need the reser­va­tion num­ber if you want to change or can­cel your reser­va­tion. Please note that you can only change or can­cel your reser­va­tion at sokosho­tels.fi, in our sales ser­vice or at the hotel. If your reser­va­tion num­ber is mis­placed, con­tact the Sokos Ho­tels sales ser­vice.

On­line check-in
If you are an S-Card cus­tomer, you can make an on­line check-in on the day of your ar­rival. Log in to the S-Card ser­vice by using your S-Card cre­den­tials, and you can see your cur­rent day’s reser­va­tion under My Reser­va­tions. It in­cludes the “Check-in” but­ton. No­tify the hotel of your es­ti­mated time of ar­rival and your con­tact de­tails (tele­phone num­ber or email ad­dress) ac­cord­ing to how you wish to re­ceive a no­ti­fi­ca­tion when your room is ready. You can also pay for your reser­va­tion when log­ging in to the on­line ser­vice. Pick up your keys from the re­cep­tion desk. The on­line check-in is only avail­able for S-Card reser­va­tions made using the S Group’s book­ing chan­nels (on­line ser­vice, sales ser­vice or hotel re­cep­tion).

On­line check-out
If you are an S-Card cus­tomer, you can make an on­line check-out on the day of your de­par­ture, re­gard­less of the book­ing chan­nel or login method. Log in to the S-Card ser­vice by using your S-Card cre­den­tials, and you can see your cur­rent day’s reser­va­tion under My Reser­va­tions.  Click “Check-out” and pay any charges listed on your room bill. You can also add any mini­bar prod­ucts you have used. Pay the bill and enter an es­ti­mated check-out time. Com­mon on­line bank­ing ser­vices and credit cards are ac­cepted. A re­ceipt of your pay­ment will be sent to your email ad­dress after your check-out time.

My Reser­va­tions
Reser­va­tions of cus­tomers who have logged in are shown under My Reser­va­tions of the login menu in the top right cor­ner.

If you are not logged in, enter the reser­va­tion num­ber and the last name under which the reser­va­tion was made in the “Search for reser­va­tion” field. With re­gard to reser­va­tions in­clud­ing many rooms, the last name of the per­son who made the reser­va­tion (Room 1) must be used. If the first and last names were en­tered in op­po­site fields when mak­ing the reser­va­tion, this must also be taken into ac­count when search­ing for the reser­va­tion. Fi­nally, se­lect “Search.”

The screen dis­plays the de­tails of your reser­va­tion. You can make changes to the price, date, num­ber of per­sons, per­sonal de­tails, room type, ad­di­tional ser­vices, pref­er­ences and reser­va­tion con­fir­ma­tions and pay­ments. If you need to make any other changes, you need to make a new reser­va­tion and can­cel the pre­vi­ous one in the on­line ser­vice. Chang­ing ac­com­mo­da­tion de­tails may cause changes in the ac­com­mo­da­tion price. The sys­tem will send a con­fir­ma­tion of any changes to your email ad­dress. The reser­va­tion num­ber will re­main un­changed after mak­ing changes.

Reser­va­tion sum­mary and travel re­port
The reser­va­tion sum­mary in­cludes all de­tails of your reser­va­tion. You can also print out the de­tails.

Pay for your reser­va­tion
You can pay for your reser­va­tion by using on­line bank­ing ser­vices or pay­ment cards.

Can­cel the en­tire reser­va­tion
Se­lect “Can­cel en­tire reser­va­tion” if you want to can­cel your reser­va­tion. Re­gard­ing reser­va­tions in­clud­ing many rooms, all rooms will be can­celled when Room 1 is can­celled. If you only want to can­cel some rooms in­cluded in reser­va­tions of many rooms, go to the “Edit reser­va­tion de­tails” sec­tion. The sys­tem will send a con­fir­ma­tion of can­celled reser­va­tions to your email ad­dress. Se­lect “Back” to re­turn to reser­va­tion de­tails. If you are un­able to ar­rive, you must al­ways can­cel your reser­va­tion at our web­site.

Edit per­sonal de­tails
Se­lect “Edit per­sonal de­tails” to edit the ad­dress de­tails of the per­son who made the reser­va­tion.

Con­firm your reser­va­tion with a pay­ment card
You can con­firm the va­lid­ity of your reser­va­tion after 6 pm on the day of your ar­rival, by con­firm­ing your reser­va­tion using a credit card.

Edit dates
You can edit the dates of your reser­va­tion. Please note that chang­ing the dates of your reser­va­tion may have an im­pact on the price or the avail­abil­ity of the price or room.

Edit ad­di­tional ser­vices
You can book more ad­di­tional ser­vices or re­move them. You can add pref­er­ences to your reser­va­tion.

Edit the num­ber of peo­ple
You can add peo­ple to your reser­va­tion or re­move them from it. Please note that any changes in the num­ber of peo­ple have an im­pact on the price and the avail­abil­ity of rooms.

Edit room
You can change the room type. Please note that any changes in the room type may have an im­pact on the price and the avail­abil­ity of rooms.
